Cream cheese frosting

   Serves Ices 15 cupcakes
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
  • 1. Whip together butter and cream cheese.
  • 2. Mix in vanilla paste.
  • 3. Mix in sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time.
